I’m Josie Phillips, and I run Josie’s Travel Labs, a travel agency backed by Hays Travel. I help people to enjoy better travel, providing all of the guidance, support and peace of mind that’s needed.
As well as being ABTA bonded, all flight inclusive package holidays are ATOL protected and comply with package travel regulations – so you’ll never be stuck with a do-it-yourself booking and several different contracts (airline, accommodation, excursions) if something goes wrong.
I work with 480+ travel companies, some that work exclusively with agents like me, so we can build a completely custom itinerary together – or simply find you the perfect pre-made holiday to fit your travel style and budget.

Organising a holiday and the lead up to going away can sometimes be stressful.
My aim is to make finding and booking your holiday straightforward and easy. I’m happy to go the extra mile, whether that’s sourcing the perfect car hire, securing airport parking, or arranging those small “extras” that make a trip.
Financial Protection
Things can go wrong with any booking but working with a travel agent provides support and protection. I’m a fully ABTA-bonded agent and all flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected. Holidays I book are covered under the package travel regulations.
When you piece together a holiday yourself, by booking a flight and then separately your accommodation, you carry all the risk if one element fails.
Comparing the market
It’s fun to look online, but it’s easy to get overwhelmed without an in-depth knowledge of what you’re looking for.
I have access to 480+ travel suppliers, including some that only work with agents like me. I pick up the phone and speak to them, finding out key information so I can put together different quotes for comparison. This means you get the best value and you don’t waste time searching when you don’t know what you’re looking for.
